Scholarship / Grants

We realize that the cost of education is a matter of concern for many students and their families, many of whom would not be able to attend a summer program. TICLS team is working all year round to secure funds from donors, to support worthy participants. TICLS is non-profit, so all donations are directed to the benefit of prospective participants.

A number of opportunities for financial support of are available on the basis of reciprocity, such as the 5G TICLS Internship, the Essay and Video contests, published on our site.

Limited funds are also available on proven leadership potential and financial need criteria.
Proof of merit and two reference recommendations are required for applying.
Scholarships / grants are awarded on a rolling basis upon application receipt. Applicants referred by Alumni or TICLS Board receive priority consideration. The amount will vary from scholar to scholar, depending upon evaluation of application and TICLS sponsors.

Please note that the Scholarship grant applies to the tuition cost only, since room and board are non-flexible costs. Scholarship applications will be reviewed following admittance to the Program, and the Program application deposit.

Participants will be expected to provide a “personal contribution” of about 50% € (including the application fee) in most circumstances, unless a specific grant provides otherwise.
Participants will be responsible for their travel costs, and other personal expenses such as spending money.

You can apply for financial support, through the online application, that will cover part of the cost, as stated above.

Participants are encouraged to explore funding opportunities available through non-governmental organizations (NGO's) and government sources, to assist in their payment of fees and travel expenses. TICLS can provide support in this procedure if requested.

Please read the Terms and Conditions that apply on Registration, Attendance and Cancellation policies and send us the signed consent form.
